Over the years, I have tried so many products and tools to help with my online income journey. I want to share a list of what works so that you can clip the learning curve and save your money in the process. Below are things I use/have used in my business, so you know they are good!
- Best Domain Registrar: NameCheap - I have been registering domains there for 8 years. The support is responsive, and I love the monthly coupon codes for new registrations.
- Best Web Hosting: HostGator - They offer the most reliable and most affordable plans for web hosting that I have ever seen. I have since upgraded to a VPN, but the Baby Plan gives a starting internet marketer more than enough features.
- Best Autoresponder: GetResponse – This was the first autoresponder I used a few years ago when I was in a dead-end IM venture. I switched to Aweber for a while, but have made my way back. GetResponse works just as well but is more affordable!
- Best Keyword Tool: Long Tail Pro - This tool takes keyword research and makes it the easiest part of your day! I love the amount of information it shares – if you wanted to get the details manually, you’d spend at least three times as much work and effort. LTP is definitely worth it if you want to do proper SEO or build niche sites with little competition.
- Best WordPress Themes: Genesis/Studiopress - I have Studiopress themes running on almost every blog I own. I love the simplicity of the platform. They are also easy to edit and customize – and that is saying a lot for someone who barely knows CSS or PHP!
- Best Internet Marketing Forum: Warrior Forum - I didn’t really start seeing success in my online income journey until I joined this forum. The War Room is priceless and the free info in the main discussion area is amazing as well. Couple these with the ability to run special offers to the thousands of members there, and you will see why the WF is very beneficial to any IMer’s success!
